In 1974, the EOS company emerged from the dunning department of what was then OTTO Versand. Today, EOS itself is a globally successful group of companies headquartered in Hamburg.

We help our customers in three fields:

Fiduciary collection

The invoice is out, but the private or corporate customer does not pay. When a company commissions us to collect receivables, our employees approach the debtor in a friendly manner and try to find a solution together.

Purchase of receivables

If a company needs quick liquidity, EOS buys its receivables package from it. Beforehand, we evaluate the open items and make the customer a realistic and fair offer. The advantages for the customer: immediate cash, no strain on the credit line, improved conditions for follow-up financing.

Outsourcing

If a company no longer wants to take care of its invoices at all - so as not to burden its customer relationships - we are happy to take over. By outsourcing complete debt collection units that are not part of its strategic growth areas, the company transfers risks to EOS.
