Changing finances for the better. We work with Artificial Intelligence and big data sets to make receivables management flexible, innovative and intuitive. For example, we use AI to manage communication with debtors, supporting with a technical innovation the human component that is at least as important in our industry. This combination moves us forward in our work every day.

We help our customers in three fields:

Fiduciary collection

The invoice is out, but the private or corporate customer does not pay. When a company commissions us to collect receivables, our employees approach the debtor in a friendly manner and try to find a solution together.

Purchase of receivables

If a company needs quick liquidity, EOS buys its receivables package from it. Beforehand, we evaluate the open items and make the customer a realistic and fair offer. The advantages for the customer: immediate cash, no strain on the credit line, improved conditions for follow-up financing.

Outsourcing

If a company no longer wants to take care of its invoices at all - so as not to burden its customer relationships - we are happy to take over. By outsourcing complete debt collection units that are not part of its strategic growth areas, the company transfers risks to EOS.

Where do we come from?

In 1974, the EOS company emerged from the dunning department of the former OTTO Versand. Today, EOS itself is a globally successful group of companies with its headquarters in beautiful Hamburg.What drives us at EOS?
